Scooter Bite...

So, when I was a little girl I acquired the nickname Scooter Bite from my grandmother Nanny Hull.  I guess I was just so sweet they (mosquitoes) couldn't resist me!  Well Laney's grandmother, Bebe, heard about a little remedy for keeping those pesky mosquitoes away....Check it out!  Can you guess what this is?!?!?!?!?!
